Meet Our Team

I am a wife of 19 years and a mom to two amazing kids! Sophie and Jackson keep me busy with the typical activities of teenagers as well as spending hours at baseball fields. As a family, we love to get outside, especially in the fall. I've been with the Crossroads family since 2017.

I have been married for 32 years and have two grown sons. Paul and his wife Ashley live locally and our son Alex lives in Los Angeles. After passing the medical boards in 2005, I continued to further my education and specialize in trigger point therapy. My goal is to help patients feel good about themselves and help their spines respond well to adjustments for overall wellness. I've worked in the chiropractic setting for more than15 years and joined the Crossroads family in 2017.

I am thrilled to be part of a practice whose main focus is great chiropractic care, who not only have a passion for making people well they also truly care about patients in the process. I enjoy working along side Jenny and helping people feel there very best! I am committed to ensuring the best possible patient experience.

I cherish every opportunity to spend time with my four children, Joshua, Madison, Brennan and Arianna. In my spare time I enjoy ballroom dancing, going to concerts with my daughter Arianna, and spending quality time with my family and two dogs Marley and Sissy. Family is everything!
